Your continued use of this Website and services will be deemed your acceptance of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use.

AMENDMENTS

Any minor rectification such as typo error and/or to add the name of beneficiaries will be entertained provided the request is be made within 3 days from the date the Will is emailed to your email address. All rectification will be subject to an administrative fee that will decided depending on the type of amendment on case to case basis. Please write to [email protected] for further information.

REFUND POLICY

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our services and products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers-our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonable. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We approve refund but with restrictions. If our customer has purchased a voucher code during promotional period but did not utilise the voucher code and request for refund is made within 3 days upon the voucher code is effective. Once our customers have subscribed to our eWill and Will have been generated, you can’t get refund for payments you’ve already made.

DISCLAIMERS/WARRANTIES & LIMITATION 

You agree that your use of the Website is entirely at your sole risk. We make no express or implied warranties, representations or guarantees of whatsoever nature on this Website. The Website and all contents, materials, information, products or services provided on the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Malaysia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia Courts in Kuala Lumpur for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement.

The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
